SHE Program

The SHE Program is designed to empower and uplift young girls by providing a structured, safe, and supportive environment that prioritizes confidence building, self expression, and personal growth. Hosted at Trexler Middle School in Allentown, Pennsylvania, the program creates a consistent and accessible space where students can engage in meaningful development beyond the traditional classroom setting.

Through mentorship, guided discussions, and hands on enrichment activities, participants are encouraged to explore their identity, strengthen their voice, and build healthy relationships with peers and adults. The curriculum is intentionally designed to address real world challenges that young girls face today, including self esteem, peer pressure, emotional regulation, and decision making, while reinforcing positive coping strategies and accountability.

The SHE Program also integrates leadership development and goal setting, helping participants build critical life skills such as communication, problem solving, and resilience. Students are guided to recognize their value, set personal goals, and develop the confidence to pursue them both academically and socially. Emphasis is placed on creating a culture of respect, encouragement, and peer support, allowing each participant to feel seen, heard, and valued.

By fostering open dialogue and consistent mentorship, the program equips young girls with the tools and support necessary to navigate challenges and grow into strong, self assured leaders within their school and community.

The SHE Program will operate on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:50 PM to 4:30 PM at Trexler Middle School in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
